Kathmandu, Ashadh 22, 2082 (July 6, 2025) – The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has suspended Sipla Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Broker No. 20) from securities trading for three working days. According to NEPSE’s notice published on Ashadh 22, 2082, the suspension was based on the recommendation of Clearing Limited and CDSC, as per their letter dated Ashadh 19, 2082 (Ref: 2081/82/4.3, Chalan No. 2818).

The action was taken after the broker failed to fulfill settlement obligations and complete customer identification processes within the prescribed timeframe. NEPSE clarified that the suspension was enforced under Rule 22, Sub-rule 1(छ) of the Securities Trading Operation Regulations, 2075. The suspension will be effective from Ashadh 23, 2082, for three working days.
